Hosting

TeamImprover products are exclusivlely hosted in the Microsoft Azure Cloud, which is ISO9001 certified.

Compliance & GDPR

As a UK company we are fully compliant with the relevant UK laws, including GDPR.

Under GDPR definitions TeamImprover acts as a Data Processor. We process your data to display your organisation chart.

We never claim ownership of your data or share your organizational information with any third parties your data stays yours.

A Data Processing Agreement is available upon request.

Conduct & Confidentiality

TeamImprover employees are required to sign a code of conduct and a confidentiality clause as part of their employment contracts. The clause prohibits any disclosures of confidential information concerning the business of TeamImprover and its customers. The obligations and duties remain valid even after termination.

Segregation of Environments

Production & Non-Production environments are segregated at all levels. TeamImprover utilizes different tenants and domains for production & non-production environments.

We aims to provide services with a 99% availability. TeamImprover actively monitors all critical systems within the production environment. Both the availability and the performance of our applications are monitored.

Data Backups

Our backups run continously, to ensure that customer data is both backed up and available on geographically dispersed locations.

Encryption at Rest

All communications with TeamImprover applications are encrypted via industry best-practices HTTPS and TLS 1.2 over public networks.We use public trusted digital certificates, signed by an authorized Certificate Authority.

We take steps to develop and test against security threats to ensure the information security of our applications.

Our applications are monitored to identify security threats.

Audits & Penetration Testing

We periodically undergo third-party black/grey box penetration tests on our applications.

You retain full ownership of all data entered into TeamOrgChart and TeamDirectory. We never claim ownership of your data.

Upon termination of your subscription, we retain your data for a limited period (typically 30 days) to facilitate data recovery or migration. After this period, your data is permanently deleted from our systems.

If you cancel your subscription, your data is securely retained for a brief grace period (typically 30 days), after which it is permanently and securely deleted. You can request a data export during this period.

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption (both in transit and at rest), secure cloud hosting, regular security audits, and strict access controls to protect your data.

No, we do not share your organizational data with any third-party services or partners. Your data remains private and under your control at all times.
